The Lord Listened! Come and hear, all you who fear God, and I will tell what he has done for my soul. I cried to him with my mouth, and high praise was on my tongue.  If I had cherished iniquity in my heart, the Lord would not have listened. But truly God has listened; he has attended to the voice of my prayer. Blessed be God – Psalm 66:16-20 ESV 

The Lord hears you, and He is never tired of what you have to tell Him. He is your Abba Father (Mark 14:36). If your biological father takes the time to listen to you, why wouldn’t the Lord? Why wouldn’t the Lord who knew you before the conception by your mother and father (Rom. 8:29; Ps. 139:13). Why wouldn’t the Lord who has a great plan for your life, listen to you? Why wouldn’t the Lord who wants only the best for you, listen to you? The Lord wants to hear from you, even if there is no comparison for an earthly father. He desires to hear from you.

The Lord is present right now, and He is with you. Take the time to tell the Lord the desires of your heart

Prayer: Lord, would you help the person that is reading this blog and desires to talk to You, Lord hear them even now. Lord, lead them to open their mouth and unleash their tongue, and allow the words to come forth. Lord, supply their needs and bless their prayer.
